NLF GENERAL REGULATIONS

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Regulations govern the relationship between NONG LAM FARM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “NLF” or “We”) and the Customer/User when accessing, registering, transacting, and using the services, products, and information provided on the official website (referencing https://www.google.com/search?q=nonglamfarm.com) and other affiliated platforms.

2. PRODUCTS AND QUALITY

2.1. Quality Commitment:

  • All NLF Agricultural Products (such as Melon, Pumpkin, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Fruits) and F&B Processed Products are cultivated and manufactured according to high-tech, safe, and sustainable processes.
  • Products are committed to meeting quality standards (e.g., VietGAP, Agricultural Export standards), having clear origin, and transparent traceability via QR code/stamp.

2.2. Product Description:

  • NLF is committed to providing accurate and truthful product information (Ingredients, Volume, Shelf life, Packaging).
  • Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the specific nature of clean/fresh agricultural products, actual color and size may vary slightly.

3. REGULATIONS ON PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

3.1. Ordering:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, Payment information, and delivery information (Address, Phone Number).
  • An order is only considered valid when the Customer has received confirmation from the NLF system (via email or message).

3.2. Payment:

  • NLF accepts the Payment methods displayed at the time of ordering.
  • Details of the fees (product fee, shipping fee) will be clearly shown before the Customer completes the payment.

4. POLICY REGULATIONS

Transactions and interactions with NLF are governed by separate policies, including:

  • Sales Policy: Regulations on pricing, promotions, and transaction conditions.
  • Shipping Policy: Regulations on time, cost, and scope of delivery.
  • Return & Refund Policy: Applicable when products have defects according to regulations.

5. REGULATIONS ON ACCOUNT AND INFORMATION

5.1. Customer Account:

  • Customers are solely responsible for protecting the security of their login Account and password.
  • All activities originating from the registered account are considered the actions of the Customer.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • NLF prioritizes resolving all disputes through negotiation and conciliation, based on the spirit of goodwill and the publicly announced policies.
  • In the event that a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be brought before the competent Court in Vietnam in accordance with the provisions of the law.

7. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS

NLF reserves the right to change, adjust, or supplement these General Regulations at any time. The Customer’s continued use of the website after the regulations have been amended signifies the Customer’s acceptance of those changes.
