SALES POLICY

 

1. SALES PRINCIPLES

NLF operates based on the philosophy of High-tech Agriculture, committed to supplying high-quality Clean Agricultural Products that have clear traceability, and are safe and sustainable for both the domestic market and Agricultural Export.

Chính sách Bán hàng này áp dụng cho các giao dịch bán lẻ (B2C) và bán buôn/hợp tác (B2B) được thực hiện qua website chính thức, các kênh phân phối trực tiếp, và các hợp đồng thương mại.

2. PRICE POLICY

2.1. Listed Price:

  • The price of the product listed on the website nonglamfarm.com is the final retail price, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) if applicable, and is calculated in Vietnamese Dong (VNĐ).
  • The listed price does not include shipping costs, unless there is a special promotional program.

2.2. Promotional Policy (Promotions):

  • Các chương trình giảm giá, tặng kèm, hoặc ưu đãi vận chuyển (nếu có) sẽ được công bố chính thức trên website và các kênh truyền thông của NLF (mục Tin tức & Sự kiện).
  • The conditions for application (quantity, time, scope) will be clearly specified in each particular program.

2.3. Wholesale Price (B2B):

  • For Domestic Partners and International Partners (distribution, supermarkets, restaurants, F&B Processing) who need to purchase large volumes or engage in long-term cooperation, NLF will apply a separate Wholesale Price List/Commercial Contract.
  • The B2B pricing policy ensures stability and preferential rates, demonstrating a commitment to long-term cooperation with partners.

3. ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

3.1. Ordering Methods:

  • Online: Via the website nonglamfarm.com (applied to B2C and small wholesale orders).
  • Direct/Contract: Through the NLF Business Department (applied to B2B and large Projects).

3.2. Order Confirmation:

  • An order is only considered valid when the Customer provides complete information (Name, Phone Number, Address) and NLF has successfully sent a confirmation notification via email/text message/phone.
  • In the event that NLF cannot fulfill an order due to a supply shortage (Seasonal vegetables and fruits), NLF will promptly notify the Customer.

4. PAYMENT

NLF accepts the following Payment methods (depending on the transaction type):

  • Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Bank transfer payment.
  • Payment via electronic payment gateway.

Payment details will be provided specifically at the order review step.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • A separate Shipping Policy is applied, which clearly regulates the time, cost, and preservation standards of the product during the delivery process (especially important for Perishable Goods).
  • NLF is committed to carefully packaging products, ensuring fresh and clean quality upon arrival to the Customer.

6. RETURN, REFUND, AND WARRANTY POLICY

  • Any issues related to the product quality (Melon, Durian, 034 Avocado) after receipt will be resolved according to the publicly announced Return & Refund Policy.
  • Due to the specific nature of clean agricultural products and food, NLF applies a rapid return and refund policy within the stipulated time frame (usually 24-48 hours) from the time of receipt.
