NLF is committed to supplying Clean Agricultural Products and F&B Processed Products of high quality, fresh, safe, strictly adhering to high-tech procedures, and achieving reputable domestic and international food safety standards (such as VietGAP).<\/span><\/p> \n

This policy aims to ensure maximum benefits for the Customer when errors arise from NLF’s production, packaging, or shipping stages.<\/span><\/p> \n

    Notification & Provision of Evidence: Customers must immediately contact NLF via the Phone Number (Priority) or Email within the stipulated time frame (Section 2) and provide details of the fault, accompanied by evidence (images\/videos).<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

  2. \n

    Verification: The NLF team will conduct fault verification based on the evidence, cross-referencing with production data (via the traceability code) and shipping history. The verification process may take from 12 to 24 hours. <\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

  3. \n

    Processing: After successful verification, NLF will notify the Customer of the solution (Product exchange or Refund).<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n<\/ol> \n

    4. PH\u01af\u01a0NG TH\u1ee8C HO\u00c0N TI\u1ec0N V\u00c0 \u0110\u1ed4I H\u00c0NG<\/span><\/h3> \n

    4.1. Product Exchange:<\/b><\/span><\/p> \n

    • \n

      NLF will exchange the product for a new one of the same type, same quantity, and guaranteed quality.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

    • \n

      New delivery time: According to specific agreement, prioritizing the fastest possible delivery (within 24-48 hours for the Ho Chi Minh City area).<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

    • \n

      NLF bears all incurred shipping costs for the return and exchange of goods.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n

      4.2. Refund:<\/b><\/span><\/p> \n

        Refund Value: Equal to 100% of the value of the faulty product that was paid for.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

      • \n

        Method: Bank transfer.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

      • \n

        Refund Period: Within 03 – 07 working days from the date NLF successfully confirms the refund notification.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n

        5. C\u00c1C TR\u01af\u1edcNG H\u1ee2P KH\u00d4NG \u00c1P D\u1ee4NG \u0110\u1ed4I TR\u1ea2\/HO\u00c0N TI\u1ec0N<\/span><\/h3> \n

        NLF refuses to process returns\/refunds in the following cases:<\/span><\/p> \n

          The Customer fails to notify NLF within the stipulated time frame (24 hours for perishable goods defects).<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

        • \n

          The error arises due to the Customer’s improper preservation, use, or processing (for example: damage caused by leaving Vegetables and Fruits or Fresh Fruit at an unsuitable ambient temperature).<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

        • \n

          The product has been used or processed by the Customer for more than 50% of its volume.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n

        • \n

          The product was damaged after the customer signed the Delivery Record without any note regarding the defective condition.<\/span><\/p> \n<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n
