SCOPE OF APPLICATION<\/h3>\n<p>These General Regulations govern the relationship between NONG LAM FARM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;NLF&#8221; or &#8220;We&#8221;) and the Customer\/User when accessing, registering, transacting, and using the services, products, and information provided on the official website (referencing https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=nonglamfarm.com) and other affiliated platforms.<\/p>\n<h3>2. PRODUCTS AND QUALITY<\/h3>\n<p><b>2.1. Quality Commitment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All NLF Agricultural Products (such as Melon, Pumpkin, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Fruits) and F&amp;B Processed Products are cultivated and manufactured according to high-tech, safe, and sustainable processes.<\/li>\n<li>Products are committed to meeting quality standards (e.g., VietGAP, Agricultural Export standards), having clear origin, and transparent traceability via QR code\/stamp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2.2. Product Description:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NLF is committed to providing accurate and truthful product information (Ingredients, Volume, Shelf life, Packaging).<\/li>\n<li>Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the specific nature of clean\/fresh agricultural products, actual color and size may vary slightly. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. REGULATIONS ON PURCHASES AND PAYMENT<\/h3>\n<p><b>3.1. Ordering:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, Payment information, and delivery information (Address, Phone Number).<\/li>\n<li>An order is only considered valid when the Customer has received confirmation from the NLF system (via email or message).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.2. Payment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NLF accepts the Payment methods displayed at the time of ordering.<\/li>\n<li>Details of the fees (product fee, shipping fee) will be clearly shown before the Customer completes the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Copying, republishing, or using it for commercial purposes requires the written consent of NLF. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>NLF prioritizes resolving all disputes through negotiation and conciliation, based on the spirit of goodwill and the publicly announced policies.<\/li>\n<li>In the event that a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be brought before the competent Court in Vietnam in accordance with the provisions of the law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS<\/h3>\n<p>NLF reserves the right to change, adjust, or supplement these General Regulations at any time. The Customer&#8217;s continued use of the website after the regulations have been amended signifies the Customer&#8217;s acceptance of those changes.  <\/p>\n<h3>8.
